I expected some "change adjustment", as this is my first Windows 8 product. It does take some adjusting, but it's so similar to smart phone (at least Android) functions, that it's not much of an adjustment.Very pleased with the speed of this laptop. Even with multiple applications running (some CPU intensive), any wait times are minimal.Not a gamer, but I am an amateur photographer. Many of my photography applications are very CPU and disk intensive. No issues whatsoever.I have not tried videos (e.g. DVD) yet.Any dust is (of course) easily visible on the exposed surfaces. Not unexpected with a (mostly) black surface.Well pleased.
