I received this laptop, the disk drive did not work nor show up on the set up. I spoke to Dell 4 times to try to correct this, however they were not only rude but refused to speak to me because they stated my name was not the purchaser!! I attempted to ask if it could be because it was bought through Amazon and not directly from Dell, however they were so rude that they would not even discuss it. I am my friends and my company will never deal with Dell products again. Very bad experience!

This computer is without a doubt the most well constructed "laptops" I have ever had the pleasure to work with. It is AMAZINGLY heavy and very much a desktop replacment. That said, you're definitely getting quality here for your money.

The whole scene sucked Dell SUCKS! They could even get the parts i wanted. And they ended up not being able to build it to my specs.
