I got the laptop on time and everything. But I got a little bit dissappointed when I discovered that it needed a hard reset. I called Dell customer service which helped me a lot. The truth is that they sent a technician and changed me the motherboard and daughter board, battery and then they made me a hard reset and then the computer started to work excellent. I have no more problems with the laptop since then.

I'm very pleased by the laptop I ordered for Christmas. It arrived early and was shipped safely. It works great and I would reccomend it to anyone.
