Love this laptop, lots of cool and handy features, such as sleep & charge and sleep & music and runs all my programs fast and to a high quality.The screen and sound quality is also amazing, I have yet to need to use the sound output above 50%, just to show how loud the sound can go!One issue I have had so far is that during a relatively low graphically demanding game I get a black rectangle on the floor and I have yet to find a solution to correct this issue. If it wasn't for that problem (And the fact Windows is still not to the same level as Windows 7 in my opinion) I would probably have given the laptop a five star rating.

First: The title is WRONG...this is a TOSHIBA QOSMIO X875-Q7380, not a Toshiba Satellite X875-Q7190....I love the laptop, but the battery is horrible....2 hrs if ur lucky, and thats not doing much other than word processing.....and i cant find a compatible battery as of yet....

We are loving the capabilities of this new laptop. It has a few quirks, but, for the most part, it's doing what we expect it to do. We did have trouble with the DVD drive. It wouldn't read anything. In contacting support at Toshiba, they said we could send it to them and pay the shipping. Tiger Direct's response...by phone...none, they refused to answer their phone. By chat...none...not available. By email...average of 4-5 days for a response (they promise 24 hours or maybe 48)...NOT!!! Their solution...issue an RMA and return it...no explanation, no offer for support, just return it. No instructions on how to do that...we have to wait another 5 days for the details...then another 5 days for an RMA...really? Are you serious? Support? Is that what Tiger Direct calls support????? Lame....so then, on a whim, my wife decides to tweet Toshiba...response within 1 day with a solution...driver problems, problem fixed....with one click...go figure....no thanks to Tiger Direct....I would NOT buy from them ever again because of this issue alone...no matter the savings...
